First of all Interested eligible applicants download PTS Application Form from www.pts.org.pk or download via below given link. then Pay Rs-190/= in any branch of HBL or UBL Bank.

 then submit  their dly filled application Form, Paid Challan Form alongwith attested photocopies of degrees, experiece certificate, character certificate, Domicile, CNIC to below mentioned Pakistan Testing Service Address.
